PURPOSE: To provide a process for production of the liquid crystal panel capable of improving the image quality of the liquid crystal display by making the display highly accurate and fine and improving production efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: This liquid crystal panel is constituted by holding the liquid crystal material between two sheets of substrates, at least one of which have transparency, and which have electrodes respectively on their inside surfaces. The above-mentioned liquid crystal panel is produced by forming the film of the liquid crystal material on the electrode surface of at least one of the substrates by using a micell electrolysis method, then sticking the other substrate to this substrate.
