Abstract:
The beer is produced by fermentation of an unaerated wort obtained from a malt mash, the fermentation being carried out under an atmosphere of substantially oxygen-free carbon dioxide until the desired alcohol content is obtained. The beer may have an alcohol content of less than 0.2% by volume; it is unnecessary to remove any alcohol from the beer. The beer has good flavour, good froth stability and an advantageously low calorific value.
