Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the input of 'lifting' from forgetting or missing by alarming it, when there is no input of 'lifting' in a prescribed time after inputting a load signal.
SOLUTION: This production management system variably records product information such as a place where a product 2 is placed, and the number of bundle and the mass of the placed product 2 by inputting 'lifting' in a control part side and, when the product 2 lifted by a crane 12 is unloaded in another position, inputting 'lowering' in the control part side. Two load cells which are provided in a crab 13 of the crane 12 detect the load of the lifted product 2. The crab 13 is provided with a computing element for calculating the load of the lifted product 2 and a radio transmitter for converting the calculated lifted load into a radio signal and transmitting the load signal. When the 'lifting' is not inputted in a prescribed time after inputting the load signal from the load cell, an alarm is issued so as to prevent the generation of the error product information.
