Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and steadily carry out a production plan by making each operator grasp accurately the progress state of the work time included in the production plan.
CONSTITUTION: A production management system includes a scheduled work time calculation means 7 which calculates the scheduled work time of an operator included in a production plan 4 based on this plan produced by a plan production means 5, an operator work time calculation means 9 which calculates the actual work time of the operator based on the basic information 1 that is always changed while the product processing is carried on by each equipment as designated by the plan 4 produced by the means 5, and an output means 10 which outputs the work contents, the scheduled work time of the operator and the actual work time by referring in real time to the scheduled work time calculated by the means 7 and the operator work time calculated by the means 9.
