Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the load of a host controller by adding pointers to production instructing information applied from a host computer and collectively managing the pointer-added information by a production instructing information storing means.
CONSTITUTION: A cell controller receiving production instructing information from the host computer 10 adds pointers in the received order and stores the painter-added information in an actual buffer 15. Only painters out of the production instructing information inputted to the buffer 15 are sent to reservation buffers 12a to 12d for respective shift registers 20a to 20d in accordance with the production advancement of respective lines. Since point numbers are successively sent in accordance with the production advancement of respective lines, the production instructing information stored in the buffer 15 and corresponding to respective point numbers is referred on respective stages by referring to parts corresponding to respective stages, so that the production instructing information of flowing work is obtained to execute the work. Consequently the load of the controller can be reduced.
