PURPOSE: To eliminate mounting and demounting of a transmitter receiver to and from an article and forwarding of the transmitter receiver, by a method wherein stationary communicating means to perform input and output of production managing information on an article and transmission and receipt of its wave motion signal are situated in a plurality of spots on a production line, and a moving communicating means to store transmission and receipt and production managing information is situated to a conveyance means.
CONSTITUTION: A moving communication device 21 having a memory circuit is mounted on a truck 1, and stationary communicating devices 12 and 35 are situated to an input station 2 and a work station 3 on a production line. When the truck 1 runs to the input station 2, production managing information on an article, e.g. a car body 7, is sent as a wave motion signal through an antenna 13 from a transmission receiver 12, and is stored in the moving communication device 21. When the truck runs to the work station 3, a transmitter receiver 36 of the stationary communication device 35 receives production managing information, and a work command responding to the information is displayed on a display device 47 and emitted to an assembling robot 8. A work result is transmitted and is written in the memory circuit of the moving communication device 21. This constitution eliminates mounting and demounting of a transmitter receiver.
