PURPOSE: To separately produce a dough for inner bun and a dough for patty, to top the dough for patty on the dough for inner bun and to process in the same way as that of conventional procedure.

CONSTITUTION: Dough for inner bun and dough for patty are separately produced, excessive part is removed from the dough for inner bud or without removing, the dough for patty is topped on the dough for inner bud, excessive part is removed from the dough or without removing baked to produce melon bun. The dough for patty is formed into a sheet with given thickness and then punched into a given shape.
