CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical mold 51 for extruding a molten resin is inserted in 3 semicylindrical metal plate from the opening part thereof and at least two freely revolvable molding rolls 41, 42 each having a curved surface are arranged outside the mold so that the rotary axes of them are inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the axis crossing the axial line of the semicylindrical metal plate and the semicylindrical metal plate is pressed to the outer peripheral surface of the resin extrusion mold 51 by the molding rolls 41, 42 to be molded.
