Abstract:
To efficiently form a high quality aluminum layer to be laminated on a cast iron-made reinforced metallic mold part without causing cast defect.
An FC flask 12 being an upper mold and a sand mold 14 being a lower mold are provided and a cavity 16 is formed between the FC flask 12 and the sand mold 14. After pouring a specified quantity of molten aluminum alloy 15 into the cavity 16 from a first sprue 34a, the remaining molten aluminum alloy 15 is poured into the cavity 16 from a second sprue 34b.
