Abstract:
To provide a production method of active hydrogen dissolved water capable of simply producing the active hydrogen dissolved water stably holding a strong antioxidation action for a long time period.
The production method of the active hydrogen dissolved water has a step of activating dissolved hydrogen in an aqueous solution by a catalytic reaction by a hydrogen adsorption/occlusion metal colloid. It is preferable that the hydrogen adsorption/occlusion metal colloid is one or more kinds of the hydrogen adsorption/occlusion metal colloid selected from the group consisting of a platinum colloid, a palladium colloid, a vanadium colloid, an iron colloid and a silicate colloid.
