Abstract:
To provide a production method of azoxybenzenes capable of producing azoxybenzenes safely, inexpensively, and efficiently in good workability.SOLUTION: A mixed solution containing nitrobenzenes, a coloring agent having a photocatalytic function, and a reducing agent is introduced in a tube 4 that is made of a transparent resin material such as a fluorine resin inhibiting no reaction and has a diameter of 1 mm or less. An LED lamp 5 installed outside the tube 4 for emitting visible light irradiates the mixed solution flowing in the tube 4 with visible light to produce azoxybenzenes by photocatalytic reaction in the tube 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
