PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a baked confectionery and molding equipment of a food product in which mechanical continuous molding can be performed even for a mixture of a confectionery raw material in which cohesion and softness are poor, molding is difficult to be performed, and being suitable to macrobiotic.SOLUTION: A production method of a baked confectionery is that a mixture is supplied between a first roller 30 that has two or more cyclic grooves along a circumferential direction by a prescribed interval in an axial direction and revolves in a prescribed direction, and a second roller 40 that has two or more grooves along an axial direction by a prescribed interval in a circumferential direction, and revolves in an opposite direction with the first roller 30, and the mixture that is charged to these cyclic grooves of the first roller 30 by the second roller 40 is detached by a scraper 60, and put on a conveyor belt 70 to be taken out, thereby molding is performed.
