Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a bakery product capable of producing stably such a cake that a cavity fillable with a filling material exists on a fixed position in the cake.SOLUTION: In a production method of a bakery product having a cavity, a chou case is submerged into a cake dough, and then baked. When the chou case is filled beforehand with a filling material such as a custard cream or a jam and then submerged, more stable production becomes possible.
