Abstract:
To provide a novel production method of a bonded composite article of rubber and resin obtained by bonding a rubber molding and a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin.SOLUTION: In the production method of a bonded composite article 16, a first adhesive layer 22 of a rubber-based adhesive is stacked with a second adhesive layer 24 of an adhesive which does not contain a crosslinking agent comprising sulfur, an aromatic nitroso compound, an aromatic dioxime, nor an aliphatic bis-nitrosamine between bonding surfaces 18 and 20 of a rubber molding 10 and a temporary molding article 12 of an uncured thermosetting resin in a manner that the first adhesive layer 22 is arranged and interposed on the rubber molding side and the second adhesive layer 24 is on the thermosetting resin side and the temporary molding article 12 of the thermosetting resin is cured in this condition, thereby performing bond treatment of the rubber molding 10 and the thermosetting resin too.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
