Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method whereby bubble-containing soap is produced while inhibiting the occurrence of shrinkage or sink marks due to cooling in solidifying bubble-containing molten soap.
SOLUTION: In this method for producing bubble containing soap 5 by solidifying molten soap 4 containing numerous bubbles dispersed therein in a cavity 11 of a mold 1 having the cavity 11 with a certain shape, the molten soap 4 with a volume of at least 1.05 times that of the bubble-containing soap 5 is supplied into the cavity 11, and solidified under compression. When an inert gas is used for blowing molten soap, the occurrence of an unpleasant odor, or the like, caused by the heating of molten soap is effectively prevented.
