Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of canned bread in which, when pieces of bread packed in a paper cup are laminated in two stages, a top part of the bread packed in a paper cup on a lower stage is flat and the bread packed in a paper cup on an upper stage can be stably laminated thereon, and a part in which the pieces of bread packed in a paper cup on upper and lower stages are laminated occupy a wider space on an inner middle stage of the bread packed in a paper cup, so that the bread packed in a paper cup can be properly produced.SOLUTION: A pieces of bread 3 packed in a paper cup, which has been baked and in which a top part 6 of the bread is swollen relative to a height position of an upper edge 8 of a paper cup 5, is arranged on a planar object 9 in an upside-down state so that the top part 6 of the bread faces downward, then the top part 6 of the bread is brought into contact with the planar object 9 for performing crushing to the top part 6 of the bread, the crushing makes the top part 6 of the bread deformed to become flat, and then the bread is packed in a can.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
