Abstract:
To easily and efficiently obtain a cylinder sleeve aggregate in which an adhesion with a block body can be improved, and further, heat resistance between cylinder sleeves is excellent.SOLUTION: In a sleeve formation step of the production method for a cylinder sleeve aggregate 10, plural cylinder sleeves 20 in which plural projections 30 projected in mutually different directions are provided at the outer circumferential faces are formed, respectively. In an integration step, the plural cylinder sleeves 20 are arranged in a line at intervals in a radical direction to a mold 36, and a cavity 38 is formed between the cylinder sleeves 20. An inter-sleeve connection part 26 is formed by casting the molten metal M of a metallic material having a heat resistant temperature higher than that of a block body 18 into the cavity 38 and solidifying the same. The plural cylinder sleeves 20 are integrated each other via the inter-sleeve connection part 26 to obtain the cylinder sleeve aggregate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
