Abstract:
To provide a production method of a clathrate compound, which is excellent in formation of a clathrate compound including a cyclodextrin compound as a host compound and diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone as a guest compound.SOLUTION: A production method of a clathrate compound is a method for producing a clathrate compound including a cyclodextrin compound as a host compound and diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone as a guest compound, and has: a step to prepare a solution A containing diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone and a water-soluble organic solvent; a step to prepare a solution B containing the cyclodextrin compound and water; and a step to obtain a solution of the clathrate compound by mixing the solution A and the solution B together.SELECTED DRAWING: None
