To provide the production method of a coating sheet capable of forming a coating layer with a uniform film thickness using coating liquid even when a support has a large area.

In this coating sheet production method, the coating layer is formed by a coating process (1) for coating the coating liquid containing a resin material and a solvent on the support, and a drying process (2) for the coated liquid. In the drying process (2), the formular 1 is satisfied. In the equation, T is total time [sec] of the drying process; σ is surface tension [mN/m] of the coating liquid; h is a thickness of the coating liquid; and η is viscosity of the coating liquid.
