Abstract:
To produce a high performance composite material, wherein a rigid polymer solution is mold-solidified to form a polymer network, on openings of which a functional polymer and an inorganic filler having an excellent compressive strength are impregnated.
After the rigid polymer solution, having 1 to 1.3 times of concentration based on an optical-anisotropic lower limit concentration of solution C is formed, a solidifying agent is absorbed without removing of a solvent to be non-fluidized and thereafter a precursor for a composite is obtained by removing the solvent. Further, the solidified precursor is impregnated with a polymer or a solution composed of reactive molecules to give a molecular composite.
