This production method of composite reverse osmosis membrane comprising a polyamide-based skin layer and a porous support body supporting it, comprises a process A in which while moving the porous support body, an aqueous solution a containing a compound having two or more reactive amino groups is coated on the porous support body to form an aqueous solution-coated layer; a process B in which the aqueous solution-coated layer is held on the porous support body for 0.2-15 seconds to infiltrate the aqueous solution a into fine holes of the porous support body; a process C in which the aqueous solution-coated layer is removed while holding the aqueous solution a within the fine holes of the porous support body; and a process D in which the polyamide-based skin layer is formed by coating an organic solution b containing multifunctional acid halide on the porous support body after the process C, bringing the organic solution b into contact with the aqueous solution a to cause a interfacial polymerization; and continuously produces the composite reverse osmosis membrane.
