To provide a cosmetic puff including a grip member having a structure with high production efficiency and producibility, and to provide its production method.SOLUTION: A cosmetic puff 1 includes: a cosmetic puff member 2 having a first surface 2a and a second surface 2b; a thermally fusible resin sheet 4 laminated on the first surface 2a; a sheet-like bearing member 8 laminated on the resin sheet 4; and approximately belt-like grip member 6 arranged on a face on the opposite side to the resin sheet 4 in the bearing member, and whose both ends are sandwiched between the bearing member 8 and the resin sheet 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
