Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a directional solidification structure capable of easily producing the relatively large directional solidification structure such as a turbine blade at a short time, since in the directional solidification structure such as a single crystal structure which is represented by a turbine blade, it is produced by vacuum precision casting, but the method requires many steps, and a time for casting is long.SOLUTION: A production method of a directional solidification structure comprises: a leveling step for leveling metal powders to a top surface of a kind of metal comprising a directional solidification configuration; and a heating step for heating the leveled metal powders with light ray, and growing the directional solidification configuration for the laid metal powders.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
