Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a soft polyurethane foam which can produce conveniently a plurality of soft polyurethane foams having wide range physical properties such as a hardness, density and impact resilience capable of corresponding to wide range requirements for physical properties.
The method produces a plurality of soft polyurethane foams having different physical properties by reacting a polyol, a polyisocyanate and a chemical foaming agent. It is characterized in that the polyol comprises at least two sorts of polyols selected from a specific polyol A, polyol B and polyol C and a spectrum of the foam determined with an infrared spectrophotometer has a peak at a range of 1,645-1,700 cm-1.
