Abstract:
To provide a production method of a dispersion liquid of a metal nanoparticle which favorably sinters at a low temperature even without compression when sintering a conductive adhesive in the case of a conductive adhesive to form a sintered body having high denseness and mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A production method of a dispersion liquid of a metal nanoparticle includes: a synthesis process of reacting a metal compound (a) with an amine compound (b) to form a complex and subjecting to thermal decomposition by heating the obtained complex to obtain a dispersion liquid of a metal nanoparticle; and a water content-adjusting process of adjusting a water content of the dispersion liquid of the metal nanoparticle obtained in the synthesis process to 150 ppm or under.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
