Abstract:

To provide a production method of a fluorescent material in which luminance unevenness of light emission can be suppressed in a lower level.

V2O5 is dissolved in an aqueous sodium hydroxide to prepare a vanadate ion solution having at least 11 of pH. ZnO dissolved by acetic acid and the vanadate ion solution are mixed, and a precipitation compound is generated by precipitation reaction. In addition, a solution including a precipitation object is filtered correspondingly to a growth state of a particle diameter. A compound after the filtration is subjected to cleaning, dehydration and burning, and further is subjected to cleaning by diluted acetic acid to produce a Zn3(VO4)2 fluorescent material.
