Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a galvanized steel sheet (GI steel sheet) or an alloyed galvanized steel sheet (GA steel sheet), which is a Si-containing steel, and has an excellent appearance free from an unplated part or alloying ununiformity, and excellent plating adhesion and formability (bending property).SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a GI steel sheet or a GA steel sheet which anneals a plated original sheet containing Si of 0.1% or more and 3.0% or less by following process, comprising: (1) preheating where the plated original sheet is heated from room temperature to 700°C in an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of 1.0-10.0 vol% and a steam concentration below 10.0 vol%; and (2) annealing where the plated original sheet after preheating is annealed to an arrival temperature of 900°C or lower and a residence time 15-180 seconds, in an atmosphere having the oxygen concentration below 1.0 vol% and the steam concentration of 10.0-30.0 vol%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
