To provide a method of producing graft polymer particles, capable of providing antistatic resin compositions excellent in antistatic property and having superior strength than conventional antistatic resin compositions, and to provide graft polymer particles obtained by the production method.
The production method for graft polymer particles comprises a step (A) of polymerization of acrylic ester with at least one monomer selected from conjugated diene to provide a rubber-like trunk polymer, a step (B) of polymerization in the presence of the rubber-like trunk polymer and of at least the acrylic ester and at least one monomer selected from conjugated diene with a monomer having an alkylene oxide chain and an ethylenic unsaturated bond to provide a multilayered rubber-like trunk polymer and a step (C) of graft-polymerization of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer on the multilayered rubber-like trunk polymer to provide graft polymer particles.
