Abstract:
To provide a production method of a heat exchanger capable of improving corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is formed of: an aluminum extruded shape material heat exchange pipe formed of an alloy including 0.2-0.4 mass% of Mn content, 0.05-0.1 mass% of Cu content, and balance of Al and inevitable impurity; an aluminum core material formed of an alloy including 0.2-0.7 mass% of Si content, 1.2-2.0 mass% of Mn content, 2.0-2.5 mass% of Zn content, and balance of Al and inevitable impurity; and an alloy formed of 6.8-9.5 mass% of Si content, 0.2 or lower mass% of Cu content, and balance of Al and inevitable impurity, and a production method of the heat exchanger includes use of an aluminum brazing sheet fin including an aluminum skin material for covering both surfaces of the core material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
