To provide a production technology of a hollow structure plate in which a skin material can be uniformly laminated to the hollow structure plate.
In a method to produce a hollow structure plate in which a surface material comprising a thermoplastic resin sheet is thermally fused to at least one surface of a hollow salient molding sheet comprising a thermoplastic resin sheet in which two or more hollow salients are formed with an interval, and further a skin material having a heat adhesive property is thermally bonded to a nonthermal fusion surface of the surface material; the method at least performs a heat fusion process in which a heat fusion surface of the hollow salient molding sheet and/or a heat fusion surface of the surface material is heated at least a melting point temperature of the hollow salient molding sheet and/or the surface material, and in a state in which the temperatures of the nonthermal fusion surface of the surface material and the skin material are controlled to be at least an adhesion temperature of the skin material and/or the surface material and less than a melting point of the surface material, the skin material is thermally fused to the nonthermal fusion surface of the surface material, the surface material is thermally bonded to at least one surface of the hollow salient molding sheet.
