Abstract:
To provide a production method of a hydrofluoro olefin (HFO) or a fluoro olefin (FO) that does not require high temperature and a catalyst in a synthesis process of a target compound and has high selectivity of the target compound.SOLUTION: A production method of a hydrofluoro olefin or a fluoro olefin of 2, 3, or 4 carbons is characterized in that at least one kind of raw material compound selected from the group consisting of a hydrofluoro carbon of 1 or 2 carbons and a hydrofluoro olefin A of 2 or 3 carbons is irradiated with ionizing radiation rays and/or ultraviolet rays of a wavelength of 300 nm or less. (However, when the raw material compound is the hydrofluoro olefin A, the obtained hydrofluoro olefin is different from the hydrofluoro olefin A.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
