Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing simply a layering dough having a peculiar appearance and a layering dough burned product, concerning a production method of a layering dough and a layering dough burned product.SOLUTION: A layering dough is formed into a rectangular shape, and a plurality of nicks are formed from one long side toward the other long side, and the other long side is wound and formed three-dimensionally so that a layer of the layering dough becomes vertical to a three-dimensional surface, to thereby obtain simply a layering dough showing an extremely novel and peculiar appearance like a gear, and a burned product thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
