Abstract:

To easily and efficiently produce an optically active cis-2-amino-cyclohexane carboxylic acid derivative that is important as a raw material of pharmaceutical products from an easily available starting material.

An optically active cis-2-amino-cyclohexane carboxylic acid derivative can be efficiently produced by preparing a solid of an optically active cis-2-carbamoyl-cyclohexane carboxylic acid derivative by crystallizing a salt formed from a racemic-cis-2-carbamoyl-cyclohexane carboxylic acid and an optically active amine, into a solid from a solvent, then decomposing the salt and converting the carbamoyl group into an amino group.
