Abstract:
To provide a production method of pasty CNF dispersion liquid and a production device, capable of managing CNF concentration in a CNF deliquoring device system, and keeping constant concentration of CNF in the deliquoring device system.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of pasty CNF dispersion liquid comprising: (1) a first measuring step of measuring weight and concentration of CNF dispersion liquid; (2) a step of setting a reference filtrate amount on the basis of a result of the first measuring step; (3) a solid liquid separation step of performing solid liquid separation of the CNF dispersion liquid, for acquiring a removed liquid and a filtered liquid; (4) a second measuring step of measuring a filtrate amount after the solid liquid separation step; (5) and a step of stopping the solid liquid separation step, when the second measuring result becomes a reference filtrate amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
