Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of powder capable of producing powder having a desired grain size distribution more efficiently.SOLUTION: In a production method of powder, silicon carbide comprising inorganic particles is subjected to dry pulverization by a ball mill to obtain powder. In the production method, silicon carbide is subjected to dry pulverization, while adding calcareous water for approaching silicon carbide to an isoelectric point atmosphere.
