Abstract:
To provide a construct for rotavirus complex antigen expression, loaded with a different species virus antigen epitope, and to provide a vaccine composition comprising the complex antigen.
There are provided a complex antigen simultaneously containing an antigen of rotavirus and an epitope of virus antigen of, i.e. hepatitis (A) virus different therefrom, a vaccine composition containing the complex antigen and, further, a construct containing a recombinant baculovirus for rotavirus complex antigen expression.
