Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method where a soft foaming plastic member formed with a recessed part such as a groove on a surface using a general-purpose electric power tool and the like is produced so as to obtain a precise and smooth cut surface.SOLUTION: A production method of a soft foaming plastic member 10 formed with a recessed part 12 having a bottom surface 13 and side surfaces 14 includes a step making a planar cut 23 for forming the bottom surface 13 of the recessed part 12 at least at a soft foaming plastic molding 11. The step making the planar cut 23 for forming the bottom surface is implemented by using an oscillation cutter.
