Abstract:
To provide a novel method for producing a starch containing food product with high quality.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a starch containing food product comprising (1) α-glucosidase and (2) at least one selected from a group formed of lipase and hemicellulase. In a preferable mode, branching enzyme, pregelatinized starch, gluten, and/or cellulose are further blended in the starch containing food product.SELECTED DRAWING: None
