Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a microchemical device in which a fine space is formed between two or more members without being closed.
A liquid composition 2 containing an energy line curable compound is sandwiched between an energy ray permeable member 1 and the other member 4 in a range within 5-1,000 μm thickness. In such a state as this, the composition 2 is cured by irradiating a part excepting the part becoming a space with energy ray. Thereafter, the space contacting the outside is formed between the members by removing the uncured composition 2 in the unirradiated part.
