Abstract:
To produce a mold capable of easily producing a non-spherical surface and to obtain a microlens produced by this mold.
A resist 200 is patterned on a mold matrix 20 in a predetermined shape and a spherical pressure element 15 is pressed to the patterning of the resist 200 on the mold matrix 20 and the resist is subsequently removed to form a dent shape. The mold thus obtained is used to mold a microlens.
