Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply regenerate and utilize a core material in a method for producting a molded product fitted with a pad, by setting the core material composed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin to a foaming mold and performing the foam molding of urethane.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of the core material set to the core mold 21 of a foaming mold is covered with a fabric 14 and the foam molding of urethane is performed to press the fabric 14 to the surface of the core, material 11 by urethane foam to bond the core material 11 and a pad through urethane slightly exuded from the meshes of the fabric.
