Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing multilayer paper in good yield when a water-insoluble or water-swelling binder or fine fiber is contained in either one layer and an apparatus for producing the multilayer paper.
SOLUTION: A fiber contained in a raw material 17 in a first raw tank 13 is made on a wire 11 to form a fiber web 31 of a lower layer and a raw material 18 of a second raw material tank 14 is fed thereonto to laminate a fiber web of an upper layer onto the fiber web 31 of the lower layer. When a binder or fine fiber is contained in the raw material 18 of the second raw material tank 14, the binder or fine fiber is prevented from slipping out to the lower direction of the wire 11 to improve yield of the binder, etc.
