Abstract:
To provide a production method of a N-long chain acyl acidic aminoacid or its salts in high yield without using a catalyst such as an organic solvent or an amine, etc.
The condensation reaction of the acidic aminoacid or its salts and an 8 to 22 C long chain fatty acid chloride is carried out in water solvent, while keeping pH in the range of 10 to 13, stirring with stirring power ≥0.2kw/n3.
