Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and inexpensively produce a non-slip type quilting material having excellent durability by making a quilt raw cloth and rubber-based sheet one body with a quilting processing in a method for producing a non-slip type quilting material using for a curing mat in an entrance.
SOLUTION: In carrying a front raw cloth 21, a rear raw cloth 22, a middle cushion layer 23 and a rubber-based sheet 30 from a feeding roll 43 onto a base stage 42 of a quilting processor 40, the carrying of the rubber-based sheet 30 onto the base stage 42 is enabled by increasing the surface slipperiness of the base stage 42 to enable a quilting process of a quilt raw cloth 20 and the rubber-based sheet 30.
