Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of decarburization in respective surfaces of an ingot, a steel slab after slabbing, and a steel material after finish rolling of steel slab.
CONSTITUTION: An antimony-containing coat is applied to the internal surface of a mold and the casting of a molten steel is done to obtain an ingot, and also, the antimony-containing coat is applied to the surface of a steel slab and heating is done to perform rolling.
