PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a nylon woven fabric, having a soft touch feeling with fullness and excellent in a thin napped state.

CONSTITUTION: A woven fabric is woven from a yarn which is prepared by combining and interlacing a nylon thick-size multifilament yarn having ≥1.2 denier single filament size and 11-19% shrinkage factor in boiling water with a nylon fine-size multifilament yarn having ≤0.7 denier single filament size and 4-10% shrinkage factor in boiling water and has a smooth surface having ≤5 loops/m comprising constituent single filaments and ≥0.5mm size. The resultant woven fabric is then treated with hot water.
