Abstract:
To provide a production method of an optical device capable of remarkably reducing the level of molding defectiveness, for example, such as displacement of the optical axes and the like by according the thermal movement of a molding frame of an optical device with that of a lead frame.
The optical device is sealed with a resin by using a molding jig and/or a molding frame comprising cured heat curable resin composition satisfying the following requirements of (i) and (ii).(i) shrinkage factor in curing time is ≤0.1%. (ii) coefficient of thermal expansion at normal termperature -180°C is 0.7×10-5-1.6×10-5/°C.
