To provide a paper processing method for producing an OSAKA fold type money envelope convenient for use which is improved so that paper money and others can be put into it without opening paper by removing a paper fold from MIZUHIKI (ceremonial color paper strings) while maintaining the form of a conventional OSAKA fold type (winding fold) paper folding method.

As shown in a development, a paper fold completed by forming a notch in processing raw paper is improved so that paper money and others can easily be put into a money envelope from an enclosure part formed in the upper part of the envelope while a conventional form is maintained. In this way, an OSAKA fold type money envelope or a decorated money envelope which is convenient for use can be produced.
