Title:
PRODUCTION OF OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6456360
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce a superconductive material having superconductivity at temp. close to room temp. when an oxide superconductive material contg. a specified group IIIa element, a specified group IIa element and copper is produced, by immersing calcined fine powder in a reducing nonaq. liq., integrating the powder while holding the liq., and sintering the integrated body.

CONSTITUTION: When an oxide superconductive material contg. one or more kinds of elements selected among the group IIIa elements of the periodic table, one or more kinds of elements selected among the group IIa elements and copper is produced, calcined fine powder is immersed in a reducing nonaq. liq. and integrated to a desired shape while holding the liq. and the integrated body is sintered at 500W1,400°C in an oxidizing atmosphere. This sintering is preferably carried out under reduction after heating under heat dissipation. The reducing nonaq. liq. may be methanol, ethanol, other alcohol or fluorocarbon such as CFC 113.
