Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain safely, economically the subject high-quality film uniform over a wide region and easily controllable in its forming rate and composition. CONSTITUTION:Respective elements R (at least one element selected from Y and lanthanide series rare earth elements), Ba and Cu are deposited on a substrate in metallic state through vacuum deposition technique to produce a precursor consisting of amorphous metal, and this precursor is heat-treated without being taken out in to the air to effect oxidation and crystallization, thus obtaining the objective superconductor film.
